Yes...the time has come. Church ball!
Oh...how I love it. Especially when it is referring to volleyball. Thursday we had our official Stake tournament. We played our first match and WON in two games. We only had six players so we played the entire game (which was bliss).
Then next match, we WON as well. Then to the Championship, where we also WON in two games. We dominated. It was so fun. Not to mention that it was the most competitive church ball I have ever played. Boy oh boy!
Now we go on to REGIONALS! Can you believe it? I wonder what's after that....state? Nationals? All Church? Man I hope we keep winning.
Actually, my dad was telling me that when he was younger he played on a church volleyball team and they made it to an All Church Tournament where they met the First Presidency and it was televised. No joke! No...my dad isn't THAT old. He got to shake Brigham Young's hand. Just kidding dad!
Anyways....I'm excited!
PS During our last game, a kid came in yelling for his mom (who was playing) and he had a HUGE BLOODY NOSE that was all over his shirt and face. I ran over immediately with his mom and got to play nurse. Not to mention a lady in the background yelling, "Don't worry....Caytee's a nurse. Caytee's a nurse!" Thank goodness it was just a bloody nose.

Good job! "All Church" really exists? I swear Utah is a world of it's own.
How fun for you Caytee...to get some volleyball action in! How great that you can help in so many ways too...you chose a great profession. I love reading your blog. Hope you are both enjoying the fall and getting ready for winter. Take care...the Escobars
