Well, I may have to backtrack a bit later because I went to a few RAD family reunions but my pictures are at home. AND WE AREN'T!
Preston and I took off on a roadtrip on Tuesday and this is the beginnings of what we've experienced.
The moment we drove into the Rocky Mountain National Park there was a group of about 30 elk on the side of the road. We drove to about every end including an eight mile stretch of road above 11,000 ft. It was BEAUTIFUL! I was so impressed with the National Park and would recommend it to anyone! The mountains in Colorado were so impressive and so much "grander" than Utah's. I kept wanting to sing out "Colorado my HOME!" from The Unsinkable Molly Brown.
We came across another herd of elk and I counted 73 elk including about a five point. It was amazing. We also saw a coyote, HUGE deer, chipmunks, and squirrels. I even had a couple chipmunks jump right into my lap thinking I was going to feed them.
Onward we go! Love you all!

so fun! Miss you!
That's so cool you've had a chipmunk in your lap. You should probably get a prize for that or something!
