Donuts + Swimming + Crafts, Oh my!

So we had a few little visitors this past week, including adorable Leah, incredible Natalie, and fun Hannah! We decided to celebrate we would have a lot of fun this week and take everyone swimming at the Payson pool. Have you ever been to this pool? It was a blast!

My sister-in-law Michelle and her son Joshie! We had the best seats in the pool because when everyone had to get out for "inspection time," the lifeguards all did a little dance in front of us. Swimming and a show!

Carl LOVED the water. We hung out in the shallow end most of the time, but after awhile, he was kicking and splashing all around. It was a lot of fun.

As far as crafts, we had a little girl's night. We made banners of all different kinds. This is how mine turned out - a little Valentine's Day banner. I wish I had pictures of everyone else's. They turned out much more creative.

We had another craft night while the girls were visiting and made fabric flowers. Joshie decided to take after his Uncle Jon and make an appearance... in Grandpa Cox's shoes.

We made krispie kream donuts....mmmm. (And ate them all mind you).

And made these flowers. Some were twisty flowers, and some were the yo yo flowers. Hannah even taught us how to make another kind...but maybe we could call that one a fanned flower. What do you think Hannah?

All in all, we had a lot of fun with the girls and everyone went home with a lot of goods. We can't wait til next year when they visit!
