So we took Carl to his first football game. BYU vs. Central Florida. (A little more fun than the BYU vs. Utah game). Carl loved it. When everyone was signaling for the first down, he was imitating them and doing the same thing. When everyone was yelling while we were on defense, he tried to yell his little heart out too. It was hysterical. We never had to take him out for a break. Notta once! In fact, I think he would have been more ticked off had we taken him out for some reason.
So when we returned this week to get some pictures of him on the football field, he was so excited! Preston was there replacing divots and so we thought it would be the perfect time to get some footage. He was all over the field.
He even says, "Down, set, hike!" and runs around until we tackle him or he tackles himself. Awesomeness.
That may also explain why we now have a HUGE poster above his bed with the senior football players in some exotic pose. Wrong, I know. But he loves it!
Sporting his #1 pose!
Daddy and son. Dad couldn't be prouder, even if there is spaghetti sauce all over that little jersey!
I have to admit that the BYU campus is beautiful. It is so well kept and the mountains in the background are just amazing! Wherever we end up moving, we will miss this place.
At the BYU vs. Utah game. I really don't have much to say about this game except, the flag ceremony took my breath away,
and boy did that turf look good!
Go Cougs!

BYU games are so much fun (when we win)! I'm just going to say though, Heaps kills me. I hope we use Nelson (and his lucious locks) as a starter this saturday!
