Here is the latest and greatest cake. My friend, Lacy was putting together a princess party for her daughter's fifth birthday. So I made a princess castle!
It was such a blast to do. It was a two tier (8" + 6") double layer funfetti cake. It has buttercream frosting around each of the cakes and then covered with homemade almond flavored fondant.
Everything was edible except for the skewers that held it together.
Perfect for any little princess!
I think these pictures are priceless. Thanks Lacy for letting me make Elly's birthday cake. She is such a beautiful princess and always will be.

I am so going to get your help on a birthday cake for Jack's birthday party in February! Especially since I'll be about ready to pop. :) Now I just need to decide on a theme.
