Time in Cedar

Carl and I were able to go with Uncle Niels to Cedar City to go see the Wankiers.  It was a lot of fun to see everyone and sadly have to eventually say our good byes.

One of the best parts of the trip was seeing the solar eclipse.  We were able to see it perfectly right from their driveway.  Luckily we were able to get some special glasses so that we could see it come and go perfectly.  We even were able to take pictures of it too!  It was absolutely amazing.

 Amazing!  I don't know if I will ever have a chance to see something that incredible again.  

We were able to have lots of fun family time, go to the family cabin and have dinner, roast marshmallows, go to Hannah's class performance, and go to Marissa's amazing choir concert.  

She did such an amazing job!  Carl kept calling out "Rissa, Rissa" the whole time.  It was great!  

Thank you Wankier family for letting us come visit and to have such a fun time in Cedar.   We sure will miss you all!
