A dear friend of mine named Bridget was tenderly blessed with the child they named Oliver. He was born silently and taken back to his Heavenly Father. And though he is remembered and loved every day here from earth by his parents and so many others, he is missed dearly as well.
Being the incredible individual that Bridget is, she has used her many talents to bless others who go through similar situations in honor of her little boy. She has linked up with some organizations to make and distribute newborn kits for babies born prematurely. Each kit includes a kimono, cloth diaper, blanket, and hat. What a blessing this is for those who receive these kits! I couldn't be more proud of her and all that she's doing.
So on November 23, 2012 was Oliver's one year birthday and I wanted her to know how much Oliver has touched all of our lives. I was able to put together some kits to give to Bridget in honor of him because he and his parents have touched my life.
Luke and Bridget, you are loved! Oliver is so fortunate to have you both as his parents. I am so lucky to have you as friends. I love you both and I can't wait to meet Oliver one day!
