Today we had our annual Martin Family Christmas Party. I think that the Martin family gets together a whole lot more often than most families. We love to be together and everyone gets along great.
We had a delicious meal, always a given with this family. (Although, that is why I am put in charge of the vegetable tray-and I am fine with that).
Lots of laughing and lots of playing. Oh, and eating of course.

And our little Josh who is so close to walking but isn't quite there. Thank goodness for his mother's constant support.
Lots of sugary treats. Julia found this one especially delicious. More so when everyone was gone and didn't notice her eating off the cutting knife. Definitely part of the family.
A little cousin love. Aren't these kids cute? It doesn't get much better than this.
Uncle Wayne did a little Christmas Bingo game (with lots of M&Ms for pieces-didn't I say we liked treats?). Preston and I were disappointed because we never won. That is, until the grand finale. Preston got blackout jumped up, turned around twice and yelled "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." to win this stellar jacket. Nice huh? Uncle Wayne, good choice on the prizes.Thank you Dodd family for hosting. We sure do love you all and love the opportunities we get to be together.
