Texas

On the road again...

Got the bugles and cheetos in reach, the IPad in view, with a little Phineus and Ferb and we are off.

In the great state of Texas, we visited Preston's brother, Adam and his family! We sure do miss them and enjoyed our stay with them (even though they were in record setting temperatures during our stay)!

Emily and I were able to go get some pictures done of the Wankier grandkids. I had a few done of Carl too.

How did my little baby grow up to be such a little man?

I absolutely love this one. The only way I could get him to not run away was to toss him up in the air (which was making me a little too sweaty) or to have him play "ring around the rosies." Who woulda thought? This is his air guitar pose after being tossed up in the air. He is such an expressive kid.

Then we went swimming at the beach club nearby. So fun especially on a blistering hot day.

Preston got to spend a lot of time with his brother too. A little fishing and a little driving at the golf range.

Preston was also able to go and tour a company in Dallas called Lamberts. He was very impressed with the company and will likely keep in contact. It will be interesting to see what the future holds!
