Christmas Project

So, I found this idea online and decided to act on it as a great gift for our grandparents.  I couldn't wait to show you all!
I designed our family tree in Microsoft Publisher, my program of choice.
Then, I found a trick that allows her to directly print the picture onto fabric!  Awesome!
1. You cut a piece of freezer paper to 8 1/2 x 11.  (Basically whatever goes through your printer).
2. Then, you cut your piece of fabric to be a little bit bigger than that.
3. Put the plastic side of the freezer paper to the back side of your fabric and iron it on (about 5-10 seconds worked for me).
4. Cut the edges off your fabric to fit the 8 1/2 x 11 paper size.
5. Put in your inkjet printer and push print!
That's it.
Then, I made it into this cute little pillow and sewed around the heart on the tree.  So fun!  I can't wait to see their reactions!
