[Carl]

My little man is getting so big!  He is a little social boy that loves his friends and his mom and dad!  

Carl is starting to learn how to spell a few words, like "Carl" "Mom" "Dad" and.... "Davey!"  

He absolutely loves his daddy and would do anything that his dad asked him to.  When Preston gets home from work and opens the door, Carl pops up and runs to the door and says "Down, Set, Hike!"  Then they proceed to wrestle.  It makes me laugh every time.  

These are my boys lounging on the couch.  Carl always gets in the pose and says, "Life is good!"  His dad may have taught him that one too!

 Carl is getting to the stage where he wants to do everything himself.  I often find him climbing several shelves in my pantry, crawling on the counter to turn on the faucet, or trying to put his own clothes on.  

 Carl has been getting little cards from his Grandpa with BYU newspaper articles in it! He absolutely loves it and won't even let us in the front door before we open it!  That's something I often remember my own Grandpa Cox doing.  It wouldn't be a surprise to get a envelope with different newspaper articles that made him think of you.  

 Carl has made lots of friends.  This is a day that we went to a little gym with a friend of his.  It was perfect!

 And let's not forget that Carl is still a sports fanatic.  We hit just about every sport in our house every day from baseball to football to rugby to volleyball.He is definitely a gem to raise!  I love you Carl!
