A little boy was born. He was 7 lbs. 5 oz., and 20.5" long.
That little boy has changed my life. Not just from being able to open my cabinets without child locks or going to the grocery store without toting a little guy in and out of his car seat. Not even from changing bright green diapers after he devoured his blue birthday cake.

He is my little man and I get to be his "Mom."
Out of all the great opportunities I've had, or the accomplishments I've been able to attain, Carl is by far the most rewarding. Being a mother isn't easy. In fact, it is one of the hardest things I have ever done. But, thinking back on this past year, I am so glad I have been given the chance to raise such a rambunctious, cuddly, social boy.
